Here you can study the life and spirit of the people of Flanders and of Antwerp in particular as revealed through their folklore : festivities, customs, devotion, art, magic, clubs, social and recreational life.

The exhibits are extremely diverse and range from a complete antique pharmacy and a an eighteenth-century alchemist’s room to (5.000) pictures of ordinary folk and (150) puppets.
