OUR RESERVATION POLICY

Dear visitors,

Because of practical reasons, we would like to ask all of you who wishes to make a reservation by the Belgium Travel Network or Hotels Belgium site, to remind these general rules when sending your reservation request forms:

1. We always will reply to your reservation requests as soon as possible, which means probably within the first 24 hours. However, it sometimes can take some more time before your reservation can be treated.
2. Therefore, please check your email on a regular basis. Sometimes we need additional information.
3. Please don't make more than one reservation for one hotel for the same date. When the hotel for which you made the reservation has no free rooms left, we will contact you with an alternative proposition.
   This means that incoming reservations from the same person for multiple hotels for the same date will be rejected!
4. Make your reservation requests on time, not one day before arrival. This avoids the risk of not finding a free room anymore.
5. When filling out the reservation request form, please fill it out completely. We need your name, full address and phone number, otherwise your request will not be accepted.
