Take the Bruges ring road and follow the N9 to Maldegem, turning right at the second traffic light.
Coming from Antwerp, take the Maldegem Bruges exit after Kennedy tunnel (A11 Zelzate Hulst) and turn left at the traffic lights in Bruges.
